Good times this year, good times. I enjoyed meeting all of the new folks as well as seeing some of my family from my first Flipside (last year). It was a blast, and I look forward to seeing you all again and meeting new people next year. It was great to hear all of the good comments about our camp, music, etc. Based on several of the comments I received, it seemed like a lot of people really enjoyed stopping by and spending time at our home for the weekend. Kudos to our musicians and our engineers who helped make this all possible! I hope everyone makes it back safe and sound, and I look forward to seeing you all next year!

Tue, May 27, 2008 - 7:10 PMLikewise! We had a PHENOMENAL camp this year. LOVED it! The camp was as comfortable as I've ever felt at a burn event and everyone contributed mightily. I am going to attempt to give some love without leaving anyone out… which I am sure is impossible:
Kincade - Logistics & operations expert. The camp couldn't "go" without ya
Scott - Parking and always helping out with food prep & anything/everything else
Brandon - Chauffeur extraordinaire and always asking what you can do
JR – The generator, the sound (both the rig and the dj sets), and busting your arse around camp. Rookie of the year!
Holly – For breakfast Sunday
Josh Meredith – Our creative genius! The jousting was a huge hit
Boozer & Agni Tara – For dishwashing and being there after a crazy busy month
Johnny – For the SICK dj set!
Sparkle Kitty – For the dish washing and great meeting you
Chase – Where do I start? Thanks for taking out the vast majority of our trash!!! And the perm-grin you gave me
Henna Kim – For the great massage and the constant smile
Nancy – For the dish washing and the bday cards
Andy – I think you washed more dishes than anyone at Flipside! It was great getting to know you a bit better
Astar & Grant – Mad logistical support and a never ending positive attitude
Smiley – You are an android! When I woke up Sunday morning and you were still dj’ing I just started cackling. I don’t know why I was surprised
Aaron & Cassie – For the tostadas and for bringing the amazing miss Shakti! She stole the show wherever she went!
Pish – The laughs. You crack my shit up
Koy – Great getting to know ya!
Tabitha & Josh – For the cake and the help with the body paint
James & Sabrina – Love your tunes!
Last but not least, my lovely wife Roxanne - You are the best partner I man can ask for. Thanks for putting up with me!
Needless to say I am still burning bright even after waking up at 5 AM and flying to Plano for business. I will post my pics and video when I get back home in a few days.

even though i didnt get there till saturday and i feel like i missed half of it
which is way better than last year ,cuz i missed it all
this was the best year ever,i dont ever want to miss any of it again.

It was such a pleasure meeting new friends and reconnecting with old friends! I hope that everybody made it home safely and have successfully (or unsuccessfully, as is your preference) reintegrated back into society!
Thanks for listening to my rambling DJ set, I hope that it was enjoyable for everybody! :^) I look very much forward to seeing everybody again next year, if not sooner - I vote for sooner, personally, because all of you guys roxx0r my soxx0rs! :^)
